There was nobody in charge at a very, very critical time. Not the Current Occupant, not Joe Biden, not Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, not even Valerie Jarrett, would speak up and say, do this, or don’t do this. Had the Chief Executive been assassinated or something? There was not this much confusion when Kennedy was shot in 1963.
