Mozilla and the Clippers are test cases. The first was for a man who donated to a cause, and did so following the letter of law. The second was for private comments made over a private means of communication.

The former lost his job, the latter will lose his business (which he has owned for a number of decades). Both happened over private thoughts and beliefs.

The next step is (as of right now) to go after places like Amazon to stop the publication and sale of non approved material, followed by the shutting down of websites by ISP’s for the same reason.

I suspect there will be mass arrests, banning of non goodthink churches, followed by a Great Terror.

We are well on the way to the end of the democracy. The Republic died during the Civil War, and the Democracy started to die during WWI and II.
