I would like to get Obama removed from office (peacefully and legally). This (which has never happened before) requires 67 United States Senators, many of them Democrats, to vote to convict him of high crimes and misdemeanors.
I do not believe that any President will ever be removed for exercising discretionary authority which resides in the office. I understand why Benghazi is repulsive to patriots. I just don't see how it gets Obama removed.
Persecution of political enemies under color of law, which specific, multiple statutory violations OTOH can do the job. I'm not saying WILL do the job, but you can at least imagine a scenario like 1973-74 from the IRS abuse story.
I see your point. It’s a good one. Aren’t we awaiting a full House vote on Lerner’s contempt? Get that passed - take it to a Grand Jury and see if she has her “come to Jesus” moment when she’s facing jail.
