That's a good point in regards to a preference for a very unusual personal appearance and the posted topic. It sure looks that way. Could be more compulsive in communist/fascist countries in the common sense, too, as more folks immediately descended from those populations tend to lean more psychopathic and preach apathy (e.g., pre-WWII talk in communist/fascist countries against being "sentimental," Ayn Rand's lengthy elaborations on her brand of "objectivism,"...).
Our population has been saturated with them. For example, we don't see instruction like the following any more. Many on both sides of politics advocated for dumping it in favor of today's kind of social program and "NGO" (population concerns, prevention of new domestic business competition).

Political class folks spew propaganda with the dishonest/ignorant presumption that there are fewer nuclear weapons on the planet than before. The most influential constituents are anti-defense and have said that there will be no more wars.
