To amplify, I was listening to middle-of-the-road talk radio today (Roe and Roeper) and they were pretty much in agreement that if a guy can lose his NBA team over a probably drunken series of comments made in the privacy of his own home, and probably illegally recorded, there’s no hope for the concept of free speech anywhere.
