I agree.
We had a local case a couple years ago where an armed man pulled a knife and stabbed his attacker. It really messed with the heads of the anti gun crowd. The guy said he didn't want to kill someone for being a drunken idiot.

No one WANTS to shoot someone... but if you have no other choice, thank God you HAVE a choice. Specially, since when seconds count, police are just minutes away (often, many many minutes!)
