See? They were given one set of drugs. Then, after they succumbed to the first set, the plotters gave them a second set of drugs and - with a level of scientific accuracy unknown to any medical professional in the world - were able to calculate exactly how long it would take two different men to metabolize two different doses of drugs. What is especially miraculous here is that the first set of drugs was administered through water or food, so they had to just guess how much of the first set of drugs were consumed.
