“Some people just need killing” was/is a common phrase used by country people like my relatives when I was a kid-and the people referred to were those who had committed murder-just a variation of an eye for an eye-and my family members are not socialists-Fabian or otherwise.
Which Jesus repudiated by confronting those that wanted to stone the woman caught in the CP crime of adultery and annihilated by taking the condemnation and judgment for all the sins of the world on the cross.

I'm sure they are not and don't mean to imply they are. But it's the same basic thinking in that area.
