Ukraine crisis: Kiev reinstates conscription
Ukraine’s acting President Olexander Turchynov has reinstated military conscription to deal with deteriorating security in the east of the country.
The move, announced in a decree, came as pro-Russia militants seized the regional prosecutor’s office in the eastern city of Donetsk.

For those in the East the current Kiev government is unelected, undemocratic, coup-government....huge difference between Euromaidan and East Ukraine now. ....Euromaidan was action against a ‘legal’ gov....... This is against Kiev’s ‘illegal’ goverment.
So it looks as if Kiev has basically declared a civil war by reinstating the military conscription.
