Not to mention, the mafia tactics the league is using to try to muscle Mr. Sterling out of his rightfully owned franchise are highly illegal and even unconstitutional. We have no doubt that our client will be exonerated when it is all said and done.”

Larry Elder reported on his radio show tonight that Sterling most likely is using his vast fortune to dig up dirt on the other NBA owners — who doesn’t have a skeleton or two his his closet? — and then threaten to publish their dirty laundry.
Larry thinks that’s why Mark Cuban came out and said what he did.
Don’t care if he’s racist, Im rooting for him. It was a private conversation and hope to sue the NBA for more billions.
