By that time there will be Muslims on the SCOTUS.
I don’t think even Obama would be that stupid or that arrogant to nominate a full-blown Muslim to the Supreme Court.
Right now it seems like “White House proposes & Congress disposes” has been changed to “this president will put on the bench whomever he damn well pleases, you racists!”
A Muslim SCOTUS nominee would be barrage attacked on his views concerning the supremacy of Shariah over all other legal systems, which every devout Muslim is required to affirm. This would begin long before his formal nomination.
“Judge Achmed, do you agree with Shariah law that Muslim women may not marry non-Muslim men? Please elaborate.”
There would be civil war on the Senate floor. We’re not that far gone yet.
