Does the NBA rule apply only to owners, or also to racism expressed publicly by the players as well.

We can find many examples of this, but no repercussions.

Are only whites capable of racism?

Is a black person advocating for a black league, not advocating racial division in the most obvious way?

Is basketball apartheid not apartheid?

What are the NBA rules about advocacy of separation of the races?

Larry Johnson of the Knicks has advocated for this.
