They are doing the same (stealing rights) to me with 3 tiny lots in Santa Cruz County. My parents bought these lots in the late 1950s and paid taxes on them all these years. I cannot develop them, nor can I sell them (because they cannot be developed). But, I am stil charged taxes and fees on them annually.
A couple of my cousins are involved in real estate and buiding in the area. They advise me to stop paying taxes and allow the County to take the lots. That is against my nature. (to stop paying my bills)
I think you should invite a bunch of squatters to set up tents to live on this land. Preferably nice variety of minorities and illegal aliens.
After they have lived there for a few months, sign the land over to them equally and make sure you have lots of cameras to record the various agencies who show up to kick them off and confiscate the land.
