Another land-grab ping
These people are vile.
My sense is they seize it with some future use in mind that they’re not willing to share. Or they seize it as a playground for city folks who want to go see nature. (We should declare the sewer rat, or the feces slug, endangered in NYC and shut the place down from use or development.)
Stopping this is the first avenue of approach.
In any case, any land should revert to the person or to the person’s heirs if ANY change, use, activity, etc. is ever associated with that former owner’s lands.
