The decay of Congress has been going on for a long time, probably since 1913 or so. But the Obama presidency has accelerated matters, as he promised it would.
Just as LBJ/Nixon ended the role of Congress in war matters, the role of Congress in Executive Branch oversight is being ended right before our eyes.
And nobody knows, or cares to know.
