LEOs need to reform the rules that allow cops to shoot too kill drivers using the 'I felt my life was in danger' defense.

If they can avoid the car, there is NO excuse for their killing the driver.

I've seen this happen a dozen times on video over the past few years, from as many regions of the country, and it turns my stomach every time.
