She could be faking it and pull out a piece and the story would be a bit different, wouldn’t it? Once a felon breaks into one’s home the assumption is they will behave like a felon. An old timer who has never had any interaction with the law might easily panic and wonder what to do, lots of old timers have absolutely no trust in government, especially cops. He could never call the cops, and that doesn’t mean he did anything wrong, it might just mean he doesn’t trust our government to mete out justice. I don’t either.

This old timer had a 32 year career as a security engineer for the State Department.

He didn't panic and he knew the law.

Im sorry but 2 blasts to the chest in addition to what was already rendered the person pulling the trigger cant tell if someone is faking seeing two gaping wounds to the chest and the sounds of struggling death has no business with a firearm. Tell ya what the next cop story that comes out that subdues a suspect and blasts a kill shot to the head after said suspect is subdued I fully expect you on these boards fully defending the cop. And oh ill add onto this if said cop calls it in a day later. Catch the drift? No sane person can defend this man.
