It isn’t really the dems taking the country down, though they do their best. They are what they are. It’s the Republicans destroying it. They had one job to do. Stop Dems from putting their wheels in motion. They not only failed, but help to push the car. So who is worse? The ideologue or the traitor to the cause?
And they have so many little helpers helping them do it.
Republicans can’t do much with Hairy Greed controlling the Senate and owebama in the white hut.
All they can do is shut down government and wind up slaughtered in the next election.
