But now somebody has both standing, and PROOF of harm by the collective action of the NBA monopoly.

For something that was both legal and occurred in private.

I THINK the NBA acted out of pressure from the Players Union before the lawyers had a good chance to review the risk.

This will be a very big friggin' deal in the history of the NBA. Very big.

Unlike Baseball, NBA does not have an exemption from anti-trust law.

If the product is basketball, yes, they are a monopoly. If the product is sports entertainment, no it is not.
