I propose imprisonment for any legislators who propose or vote for legislation that is plainly unconstitutional or designed to circumvent clear constitutional limitations on government power. And a permanent revocation of their right to run for office or to vote.
That’s the ticket! My guess is 95% of all legislator who held office in the past hundred years would be caught in that net.
