Yep.
Just like the left excoriated President Bush for not pursuing hate crimes charges against the idiots that dragged James Byrd to death while he was governor of Texas, yet they were silent when it came to the savage torture, murder, and mutilation of two whites up in Memphis (or was it Knoxville?) by a gang of blacks. Just like they were silent when that Australian baseball player was gunned down by some hoodrats a year or two ago who were “bored” and had “nothing better to do”.
The “hate crimes” laws should be ruled unconstitutional IMO because there is no equal protection under such laws.
