I am ashamed to confess that I voted GOP in each and every POTUS election from 1968 to 2008. If I had it to do over again, I would have voted for Reagan twice and Bush the Younger twice (with some reservations). That trash Romney was a bridge too far. His nomination ripped it once and for all. This country needs an actual opposition party to the Demonrats. It won't get one until the "moderate" slimebags have been politically exterminated. That stated TRUTH may hurt the surrender monkeys who will eagerly vote for any POS with the Republican label and thereby vote the destruction of our country. Tooooo bad! Pooooor babies! If you want a united GOP with which to defeat the Demonrats, then nominate candidates worth voting FOR. Get conservative votes the old-fashioned way by earning them. Utilitarian voters make easy marks to shape for a vote in the political vacuum that they are building, by decades of their seemingly endless willingness to compromise. We were all guilty along the way, but some of us caught on.

The country probably needed a dose of what such endless cowardice and compromise has wrought. A Romney vote was an example of what NOT to do in a fire fight.
