Seems every so often the colors on the presidential election map get switched ....

So, to keep from any confusion, I will refer to the current condition of Texas as Conservative (with a couple big city pockets of liberal) and California as Liberal (with the non city areas being Conservative).

I am a conservative who escaped the liberal part of California and found refuge in Texas.

This was done on Election Night 2000 by the leftist media. It’s pure Orwellian newspeak. Our side should’ve rebuked the mislabeling the moment they started it. We let the left get away with controlling the language and we wonder why we’re losing the war.

This is similar to Leftists in the U.S. morphing from being Progressives, to being Liberals, etc.

Red was the color of Communism and the Left for more than 100 years. The media switched up the colors all at once in the 2000 election. It appears a calculated move.
