Okay, maybe not “sleeping”. But if you read his comments, it appeared (to me, anyway) he assumes they are doing “it”, and does not care as long as she doesn’t embarrass him.
Guys like that look at a ‘wife’ as an employee. They DON’T care who or what they do as long as the corporate image is maintained.
