Interfering with a surveillance radar is an overt hostile act. (As is painting an aircraft with a fire control - as opposed to tracking - waveform.) If they jam or spoof, we should be able to at least illuminate them with a fire control waveform. Your move, Ivan. (I knew guys who did Patriot testing at White Sands. Patriot has a P-sub-K against air breathing aircraft slightly higher than 1. For grins and giggles, they would illuminating an Air Force aircraft with a fire control waveform. AF. Did. Not. Like. That.)

You mean the jets flying training mission into and out of Holloman. . .jets flying benign flight profiles and taking no defensive measures or active EW protection protocols?

Annoying to be painted when flying training missions and not working an EW range. . .and with training tapes, too.
