I don't think what Bundy said is cause to vilify him, but knowing that he was giving an interview to a leftist org,, why would he say anything that could be construed as racist? If he had said the same things to FOX News, even many conservatives would still have excoriated him for saying anything about slavery being good for blacks and calling black people negroes.

The fact that he made comments at all about black people that could be published made me wonder about him. I sympathize with his cause, but he sure didn't do himself or conservatives any favors with his ill-considered words.
