She didn’t want to go to the ER because she didn’t have insurance because hers was canceled. Maybe she had Blue Cross in California. Here’s what their website says..

“Blue Shield intends to offer plans for individuals and families inside of Covered California. Once we have received qualification from the state later this year, you will be able to purchase new plans from Blue Shield through Covered California, as well as through traditional methods, starting on October 1st.”

Try not to die before October 1st.

Sorry.

"Didn't want to go" isn't Obamacare's fault.

This was an example of bad judgment on her part.

Blaming it on Obamacare is just an excuse.

And insurance or not, maybe she didn't go to the E.R. because she was afraid doctors.

Or maybe she didn't go, insurance or not, until she felt sick enough to suspect it might be serious.

It was her decision in any case.

But even if you're right, then by your logic a great many more women like her will instead have their lives saved by Obamacare.

Because under Obamacare they can now afford to have insurance and go to the E.R.
