Sounds about right. 6 out of 7 people shot with handguns typically survive. (14% or so die). IIRC last weekend Chicago was running a little behind that. Must have practiced at the range. 3 out of 17 is what, 17%? Good thing they have all those strict laws...
Maybe they need to trade in all those .380 and 9mm pistols and get something that’s combat effective.
