Yet they ignore or forgive actual racist comments and actions by Sharpton, Jackson, Biden, Reid (and so on and so on) - because it isn't about race, it's about (as you correctly say) "politics of fear, division and hatred" - what better way is there to grab more power and wealth from "we the people," than by instilling fear and hate and dividing us?
In fact, to my way of thinking, the folks who need to shut up now are the Becks, Paul’s, Hannitys, et. Al. You all are still welcome in our ranks but let’s not continue to pretend you are still any kind of “leaders” really. Go back to being journalists or entertainers but quit trying to tell us who deserves our support and who doesn’t. I am gonna go with the guy that actually stared down the barrel and didn’t blink. Not the “tall grass” conservatives.
