Your statement made me laugh because it is so true. Somewhere in Proverbs it says that a wise man does not loudly announce what is in his heart. Obama, on the other hand, actually does and did—what you see and hear is what you actually get. Rand Paul tends to make me think he is like Obama—he actually believes his inane pronouncements.
