I am waiting for Ted Cruz to come out of the amnesty closet.
No amnesty....make them all leave. I want all of them out. Let them go to the bottom of the pile after everyone else who applied properly. This includes children brought here, and those born here of illegal parents.
And you’re going to lose because you aren’t smart enough to come up with a coherent counter strategy to prevent amnesty till we have control.
Hey Rand, did you have fun throwing Bundy under the bus?
And then they can come right back across our open border.
Pure genius.
This guy Rand Paul is really pissing me off!
Well I’m not happy with Rand Paul’s stand on this but it appears that every other candidate or possible candidate for the GOP nomination is for some kind of amnesty. Its just a matter of what flavor.
I guess they just believe they can’t win the general election on a no amnesty platform. Frankly it will likely be a moot point in the campaign as Boehner is probably going to manage to fall on his spear for Reid and the Dems and get something through the House this year.
“I am waiting for Ted Cruz to come out of the amnesty closet”
It will happen. I think they have all decided its just too hard to keep fighting it. Soooo much easier to just let them all stay.
Please show me even one link where Senator Ted Cruz or Governor Sarah Palin came out for amnesty.
Kiss your career goodbye, Rand.
He will do fine as a small fish in a small minority party. If the GOP wants to commit suicide... let them. The country, as America, is dead either way.
They are still in the closet.
Hispanics will not vote for you.
They will not vote for Marco Rubio.
And they did not vote for New Mexico GOP Governor Susana Martinez.
Martinez, who is often suggested as a GOP vice presidential candidate, is a former Democrat.
She has Mexican heritage on both sides of her family.
In 2010, when Martinez was elected, 61% of New Mexico Hispanics voted against her!
Rand keeps moving left to his libertarianism, on every issue.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND CIVIL ORDER
IMMIGRATION:
THE ISSUE: We welcome all refugees to our country and condemn the efforts of U.S. officials to create a new Berlin Wall which would keep them captive. We condemn the U.S. governments policy of barring those refugees from our country and preventing Americans from assisting their passage to help them escape tyranny or improve their economic prospects.
THE PRINCIPLE: We hold that human rights should not be denied or abridged on the basis of nationality. Undocumented non-citizens should not be denied the fundamental freedom to labor and to move about unmolested. Furthermore, immigration must not be restricted for reasons of race, religion, political creed, age or sexual preference. We oppose government welfare and resettlement payments to non-citizens just as we oppose government welfare payments to all other persons.
SOLUTIONS: We condemn massive roundups of Hispanic Americans and others by the federal government in its hunt for individuals not possessing required government documents. We strongly oppose all measures that punish employers who hire undocumented workers. Such measures repress free enterprise, harass workers, and systematically discourage employers from hiring Hispanics.
TRANSITIONAL ACTION: We call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally.
Soooo much easier to just let them all stay.
Giving in is a GOP core competency......
Amnesty will truly destroy our Republic as founded. It will turn into a third world sewer as millions more third world anti-capitalist, anti-American illegal criminals cross our border and start breeding like rabbits.
There is no way back from Amnesty.
Any politician that votes for amnesty is committing High Treason against our Constitution.
The fear created by Operation Wetback drove more than 80% of illegals back across the border on their own. I believe there were estimated about 3 million illegals at the time.
So figure raids now on a few hundred thousand and the 11 million or so will be quickly reduced by self-deportation.
I don’t think Sarah Palin is running do you?
Ted Cruz has made some half hearted comments about letting some of them stay. I admit he is the strongest on amnesty at this point. If amnesty does not pass this year expect him to weaken his stance just to stay competetive with the others. I’m not saying I agree with that strategy I’m just saying that seems to be the mentality of these guys.
If Boehner jams amnesty through the House this year then it will be a moot point during the election cycle. I would imagine that is the GOP plan. Take it off the table and take the heat off the GOP candidates.
Nobody mentioned the Americans who are out of work because these illegals took their construction, assembly line and domestic jobs.
Here in Las Vegas only Mexicans are on job sites doing construction. Hotel rooms being cleaned by illegals, same in restaurants.
Kids used to mow lawns for spending money.
Our country has no national pride in its real citizens, our pols sold them out for future votes, and Chamber of Ho’s money.
Believe it or not, I live nowhere near Gov. and Mr. Palin, they don’t call me on the telephone, e-mail, text, Tweet or IM me and I’ve never met the lady. I know probably no more than you do about her intentions vis a vis 2016.
