The coal grab in Utah was entirely on the basis of an executive order that created a “National Monument”, ostensibly to protect something called the Escalante red-rock region.

And when Bush had the opportunity to modify this executive order with one of his own, he failed to act.

Yep, Bush failed to reverse this and other evil EO's by the slimy Clinton.

Bush didn't want to because like Clinton, he is a Statist at heart.
