Factor in that the Saudi in question is more than likely already married in Saudi Arabia.
DA certainly has enough to work with here. Unfortunately, so might the Defense Attorney.

I’m afraid it sounds like the mother of the victimized girl is as bad as the Saudi, if not worse. What a horrible mess. It happens a lot: a guy starts an affair with an older woman in order to get access to the daughter, and mom consents in order to keep the "boyfriend" happy. Usually, though, it's a single/divorced mom.
