McCain: Illegal Aliens Are 'Not Going Home,' So Why Not Give Them Citizenship?

What further indignities can John McCain inflict on the voters of Arizona? First he lied to them that he would "complete the dang fence" if re-elected -- and then killed any effort to do so while pushing through a huge amnesty bill.

As a result of his disastrous mistakes and disgraceful betrayals, the Arizona Republican party took the unprecedented step of censuring him back in January.

A sane man would be chastened by these setbacks and rebukes. But not John McCain. He doubles, and even triples down on his disastrous errors. Witness his words today:

Dwight Eisenhower dealt with a large Mexican illegal alien problem during his administration.

Unlike McCain, Ike knew exactly how what to do when they wouldn’t return home. He rounded them up and deported them.

There’s a reason why Eisenhower was a five star general and John McCain is legendary in the military for his demerits and generally poor performance- Ike had intellect and character. McCain is an ass.

Illegal aliens will go home if they do not have a job or welfare benefits. The solution is simple. Do not give illegal aliens any social welfare benefits, and fine the hell out of anyone that employs them. These fines will double with each violation by an employer. I would suggest the initial fine start at five thousand dollars.

The illegal aliens will then self deport as they have no jobs nor social benefits. I would also suggest a “guest worker program.” This worker will be given a work permit and no benefits of any kind with the exception of emergency medical care. This emergency medical is to be part of an insurance program paid for by his employer. This emergency medical would actually be quite economical as the guest workers would be the young and healthy.

If you look at the demographics of our nation we do need immigrants that are a productive and tax paying segment of our nation. If these guest workers learn English and become a part of our great nation they should be given the opportunity of becoming citizens. At this point they would be allowed to bring their families into the country. Their families should receive no social benefits of any kind with the exception of emergency medical care. When they can speak English and pass the citizenship test give it to them.

We need immigrants that will come to our great nation and assimilate into our culture and ideals. We do not need those that will not assimilate.

I am a white boy married to a Mexican National whom is now a USA citizen. She came to our great nation to go to University at the University of Texas El-Paso. Her father paid for this education and as a Mexican National he also paid out of state tuition. That is the way it is supposed to work. She is proud of her Mexican heritage but is an American Citizen first.

It took her brother 19 years to become an American Citizen. He did everything according to the rules and regulations. He was not an illegal alien. He was not a law breaker. He was in effect punished because he did it the legal way.

Bank robbers keep visiting banks, withdrawing money by force and 'are Not Going Home.'

So why not give them the money when they show up and eliminate stress, anxiety and additional expense?
All it would take is to declare bank robbery a misdemeanor subject to a citation.
Maybe even by executive order!
