Yes, every spy does not die by committing suicide.
Most spies do not commit suicide.
So what would make Duggan put on his coat, scarf, and one shoe and fling himself out his office window ?
That's for the reader to cogitate on.
Some background on Duggan:
Duggan's father, with JDR Sr.'s lawyer, Elihu Root, founded the Rockefeller's
Institute of International Education in 1919.
Regarding the "foundations":
Notice use of the word "governance", not government, when "good governance" is written or spoken of by minions of globalism:
From
http://grammarist.com/usage/governance/:
"Governance and government are interchangeable in the sense the process of governing, but they differ in other senses. Government often refers to the governing body itself, while governance often refers to the act of governing. So members of a government are engaged in governance.
Meanwhile, governance is often the better word for the administration of nongovernmental organizations (corporations, for example), while government works better in reference to the public administration of nations, states, municipalities, etc."
Thus governance would be more in the imperial sense of a edicts or decrees, while the world government connotes more of a sense of a public instutition, that is, a government by the people governed.
The tax-exempt foundations rule over national governments, which rule as vassals over the people. In the US, as in other nations, they create and implement government policy through their staff members which are placed in key positions in all three branches of government. They create educational policy through, once again, through having their staff members well-placed in the educational system. They even go so far as to control religious denominations, and consequently their teaching, or doctrine, through foundation staff members holding important positions in the leading religious denominations.
Consider the
World Policy Institute, founded in 1961 as the "Fund for Education Concerning World Peace through World Law" by bankers
H. B. Hollins and
C. Douglas Dillon. It's charter sounds completely "benevolent"; this allows the minions it employs to exert the influence their employers desire under the guise of supposed charitable purposes. No one dares to ask - why does this organization exist ? What is its purpose ? If any of the general public ask, they're labeled conspiracy wackos. If anyone that works for such foundations at a high enough level to be "in the know", and they dare to not reliably follow through on the silent completion of their tasks, or perhaps they threaten to publicize damning information - all such instances of "getting a case of the scruples" are dealt with by a permanent retirement. The only way a person can speak out is by joining the conspiracy chorus, but throw in some off-the-wall wackiness, like racism, aliens, etc., and at the same time calling for a return to the gold standard. Doing that ensures that most people will ignore the few truthful pieces of the puzzle the person reveals, and also preaches that the "solution" is actually only the gold standard, which would also be controlled by the same financial elites.

Note to US House Speaker John Boehner:
This is part of the Documentation File for the upcoming 2014 Impeachment of B. Hussein Obama to be used by the House Special Prosecutor on “Bolshevik-style Murder Campaign of Capitalist Bankers” that has not yet been appointed by you, Speaker Boehner, as Speaker of the US House of Representatives, for reasons known only to yourself and Obama.

* Personal comment footnote:
With each passing day that the US House Members does not replace Speaker Boehner, Speaker (?) Johnny Boehner continues to be THE Poster Boy for what is rotten in the formerly GREAT Republican Party, and the current US House of Representatives.

My problem with KAREN HUDES is she never says anything critical about Obama. In fact she is often supportive of him.
NUTS!

My problem with KAREN HUDES is that she never says a critical word about Obama and his involvement. He is on the “cabal’s” team. He is owned by the financial sector.
That destroys all her potential credibility.
The problem is real, the World Bank and the BOIS will not “fix” this.

Basically it sounds like she may be guilty of “disinformation”. The “we won” meme suggests that as well.
To: Texas Fossil
My thoughts, and I confess my imagination is not being very effective here, is that one of two things are happening:
1. they are being killed because of what they know.
2. They are killing themselves because of what they know.
The common denominator is “what they know”.
I’d really like to know what they know, though It might prove fatal.

That’s the point that’s difficult for someone looking at this from a normal person’s point of view (lookup up, financially speaking).
The elites look at it from the top down.
Think of a simple rule of thumb: operations or entities that the elites control GET PAYMENTS FROM government, the little people MAKE PAYMENTS TO the government.
But what about the sheeple on government handouts ? Answer: they’re at the mercy of the government. They rely on their payments to live, so they are easily controllable by the elites’ media arm.
All publicly-held corporations are in the orbit of Wall Street and their boards are made up of minions of the elites. So when Boeing gets a sales contract to sell planes to the government, thats tax dollars going to the elites. Many products and services are sold to the public but partly subsidized by tax dollars.
The elites can put just a small portion of the assets into a trust or foundation, so the annual investment gains can forever be tax-exempt and used for their purposes of control. They’re already getting a tax break from the government - they pay no taxes on their investment gains.
And if they get the government or other people or businesses to donate - that’s even more money they can use for their own purposes.
Ergo, the thousands of charities for “research”. They sound great, but you have to understand exactly what is being done and who benefits, and where the money winds up, to see how they’re simply another way to extract money from the sheeple, in a never ending drain on the sheeple’s income and / or wealth.
Now if you did an aggregation of the resumes of top Presidential advisors, diplomats, cabinet posts, etc., for the past century and half, you’d find a relatively small set of educational and employment profiles, i.e., the same schools, mentors and employers/law firms/etc., keep popping up over and over. And these top advisors typically continue their Presidential influence for several decades.

Might be a lot of non-existent gold sold to investors or maybe insanely large sums in financial fraud.
To: SeaHawkFan
That is plausible to me, but it must be vast. Insanely large, as you say.
