What was in this new BLM contract that he objected to? Was it an increase in fees? That seems to me like a landlord raising the rent and if the tenant cant pay, he moves somewhere else. Or was there something else? And whats with all this turtle nonsense? This story just kind of blew up on my radar recently and Im kind of playing catch up. They wanted to reduce his cattle population to the point where his ranch was no longer economically viable.
Coincidentally, the trouble started in 1993, right after Bill Clinton took office.
But I'm sure there was no connection...

yes and BLM based the reduction on the FRADULENT endangered turtle. It was a land grab and 53 other ranchers succumbed to the change and are gone.
Old cloudmountain wants a lawyer to beat federal judges out of their federal land grab. How would she like it if lawyers were suddenly limited to how many cases they could take a year, and have to pay for the privilege to do so? Disinformation, straw arguments -typical liberal speak.
