You’re talking about something about which you know nothing. I have been a staunch defender of Bundy’s fight, and I have some familial knowledge of the problem, my brother being a rancher in Nevada with grazing rights that BLM claims to administer.

If you can explain how Bundy’s stupid comments furthered his case (and it has to be valid and of sound logic) I will withdraw my characterization of stupidity.

Unlike you, apparently, I am not beholden to everything Cliven Bundy has said, or might say in the future. I support his fight - but his statements have weakened his support and diminished his case...please explain to me how that was anything but a stupid move, strategically. After all, what is most important to Bundy? That his grazing claim be upheld, that BLM be driven from Nevada, or that his views of the relative benefits of slavery vs government handout be heard?

Regardless of the righteousness of his claim, it was a stupid, STUPID thing to say.

Point to anything he said about what kind of slavery people prefer.

You can’t.

You are reacting to what you hoped he said, not what he, in fact, did say.

His statements were those of a logical person analyzing the current situation of the Negro people.
