Where in the Constitution does it give the federal government the right to dictate the drinking age to the states?

You guys don't know much about the Cobnstitution, do you? It's found right after the clause that says it's alright to murder babies.

I thought it was after the clause that says that the federal government can require citizens to buy something they don’t want as long as you include a fine for not doing so and then the supreme court rules that you lied when you said the fine was not a tax when in fact it is a tax and you can require anything as long as there is a tax to be paid for not doing it so the government could require us all to eat sourkraut on Tuesdays or not eat sourkraut at all or only eat sourkraut between four and six AM on Sunday as long as the penalty for not eating sourcraut is a tax and not a fine even though you claimed all along that it was a fine or a penalty or something but it definitely was not a tax but then the insane supreme court ruled that you lied all along and it really was a tax.

Jackie Mason could say it a lot better than I but then I am not the Ultimate Jew and could never be.
