Someone posted the link to a presentation at the 2012 Western States Sheriff’s Association by Stephen Pratt. I watched it all the way through all three videos (about 2.5 hrs) and took notes it is so good. I plan on watching it again and highly recommend it to everyone.
It outlines the legal history of the constitutional fabrications that led to the power grab by the BLM. Excellent is an understatement for this series of videos. I was dismayed that when I finished part III it only had 923 views.

Stephen Pratt also outlines the 12 goals of the Fabian Society, a progressive socialist group in England as published in their 1910 plan of action to make a country a socialist government through evolutionary socialism. (It’s the old frog in a frying pan parable in action and we are the frogs)

If you can prove intent but with someone like him in the seat of power the only way you could accomplish that IMO is to either make such a public outcry it would force the court system to do the right thing or find out who his personal enemies are that are also of the same level of power and get them to turn on him especially if he has doublecrossed them in the past. A guy with his profile should have plenty. Otherwise you are crying in the wind because it is highly unlikey a government paid federal district judge would find him guilty with the degree of cronyism we have in this country right now, especially because he’s an attorney along with his sons and the case would probably be tried in the U.S. Federal District Court in Las Vegas, NV where he has LOTS of buddies including the mob. You’d have to try the case in states other than NV or DC IMHO of course.
