It was the court of appeals that overturned the affirmative action ban.

That makes it kind of interesting because the court also overturned our ban on gay marriage in Michigan.

I’ve lost track. Has MI’s public vote on gay “marriage” been overturned so that gay couples can now “marry?” In OH, it seems the judge allowed the couples who sued to ‘marry’ based on his decision, but held on others until there’s a decision a level or two up from him. In some states, when a District court judge decides, they can go ahead and ‘marry.’ I am so easily confused!
