Vladimir Putin has insisted that there are no Russian troops in eastern Ukraine - just like he insisted there were no Russian troops in Crimea until he admitted it last week.
Now, the New York Times reports there are photos that clearly show known Russian military and intelligence people mixed in with pro-Russian militias, fomenting strife in Eastern Ukraine.
For two weeks, the mysteriously well-armed, professional gunmen known as “green men” have seized Ukrainian government sites in town after town, igniting a brush fire of separatist unrest across eastern Ukraine. Strenuous denials from the Kremlin have closely followed each accusation by Ukrainian officials that the world was witnessing a stealthy invasion by Russian forces.
Now, photographs and descriptions from eastern Ukraine endorsed by the Obama administration on Sunday suggest that many of the green men are indeed Russian military and intelligence forces — equipped in the same fashion as Russian special operations troops involved in annexing the Crimea region in February. Some of the men photographed in Ukraine have been identified in other photos clearly taken among Russian troops in other settings.

So why are Russians safer in Ukraine than in Russia? Why does Putin have Russian journalists or other inconvenient sorts thrown from windows, beaten in subways, or shot in their driveways?
The Ukraine is all one big game of Liars Poker. Is anyone shocked or even surprised?
What is it with the Kremlin-Apologists and constantly going down the relativism route, ‘We’re just as evil as they are,” whenever their guy gets exposed for being a pathological liar and criminal?
America’s enemies are not in Moscow, they’re in Washington DC.

Putin is, was, and always will be KGB. He is a communist. If you don’t understand what that is and what it means you better start studying yesterday
Patriotism doesn’t have much to do with it. Putin runs Russia. He wants to go on doing so. He doesn’t want to lose any of his power, and he takes advantage of his opportunities.
Actually we are not as evil as they are. If you look at the social policy we are pushing on all the nations we get our tentacles into right now.... we are worse.
It didn’t used to be this way. I hope it won’t be that way again soon. But right now we aren’t a force for good.

Little do you know that Russia has the highest abortion rate in Europe, and it is these same people in the Kremlin who, with the KGB, established many leftist organizations, or captured them (such as the ACLU, see Herbert Philbrick’s ‘I lived 3 lives’), to push Soviet subversion.
Obama is a communist. Putin is a communist and KGB. We can and should fight against Obama. And there is NO reason to support Putin
Who cares. Let’s worry about the Marxist who is in the process of destroying our constitution. Screw Russia. We have bigger problems here at home.
