In Falls Church, 72.8 percent had a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Oh and that has nothing to do with the high per capita salaries I bet....eyes roll. Places like Arnold Maryland where I live also have a high percentage of college grads and have an average salary of 110,000 dollars. Not the fault of those who are educated want to have a great job. Everyone has the same opportunities in life....some take them and others let them pass them by. Sorry for those who were unable to lift themselves up like those in Falls Church County in Virginia.

Are you implying to be a good government tax paid bureaucrat, and produce NOTHING, one must be college educated?
