A move is under way in the California court system to ban judges from belonging to the Boys Scouts of America because the youth organization discriminates against homosexuals.
A proposed rule change by the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on The Code of Judicial Ethics would make the BSA no longer excepted from the category of organizations that practice invidious discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
Last May, the BSAs National Council voted to allow acknowledged homosexuals to be in the program but not in leadership. Its the ban on gay leaders that has prompted the California courts action.

Who cares? The BSA should be disbanded. Any parent who allows his or her child to be in this organization might as well let them join NAMBLA.

Ditto. If the Scouts hadn’t sold out, they would be deluged with support now. As it stands, they’ll die two ways; either they’ll be sodomized to death if they try to hold onto the tiny piece of ground they think they retain, or they will become completely irrelevant to real scouts.

In the animal kingdom, the weakest link(for obvious reasons)cannot, and does not survive. I imagine there won’t be many of those “thin-skinned types to survive the coming trials.
And another American institution falls to the onslaught of the left.
