That they utilized a pre-existing cattle bury-hole for efficiency.
But no doubt replacement bulls are being donated: Longhorns thrive in these conditions.

I wonder if anyone trying to assess that area ill have to get prior permission or a permit to dig, for whatever reason to delay, giving them time to cover it up more...
