To: Blood of Tyrants

It’s much older than that. Not saying it started with prohibition or the income tax, but they put it on steroids. Outlawing alcohol ended up creating a crime wave so severe the people and the states allowed the federal government to unconstitutionally form federal police agencies to deal with it.

And the income tax—more unconstitutional federal bureaucratic law-making power and more federal police power and its own court to enforce it. Then the national parks and park service, park police, BLM, Forest Service, F&G, USDA, conservation corps, make work corps... ...The Fed, EPA, SSA, Medicare, ObamaCare, etc., etc., etc. I’m sure all sounded like good ideas (and more or less harmless) to their respective advocates at the time, but all unconstitutional and all against the founding principles nonetheless.

Now every damned unconstitutional federal ABC agency out there wants to write its own rules and regulations (laws), have its own courts and its own police force to enforce them.

Give them an inch, they’ll take a mile.

The unconstitutional federal behemoth is now so huge and so entrenched that it will now take an act of God to make this right again. And, fortunately, God did guide the hands of the Founders and, thankfully, they did write the final recourse for we the people into the Declaration that established and founded this great and free nation:

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
