Yup, lawful shooting as the guy was attacking a prosecution witness.
Too bad for the left, I just know they were waiting to pin this on the tea party or any right wing group. Last I heard the Tonga Crips not so right wing.
My advice, send them to Bikini Island for their sentence.

An FBI spokesman said Angilau came very close to the witness when he was shot several times in the chest by a U.S. Marshal.
Angilau was breathing when he was removed from the courthouse, but his present condition is unknown.
