The destinations in IL are notable. There’s a big refinery in Wood River, and big storage in Patoka, correct?
I wonder where nitwit Durbin is on this one? Still backing Obama, I would guess? IL could certainly use the business: Its economy is “in the tank” - and not in a good way.
