Yes, I highly recommend Herbert Philbrick's book "I lived 3 Lives: Citizen, Communist, Counterspy," detailing his experience within the communist party USA. He names the ACLU and other groups as targets for KGB take over, though the book was likely written before their obvious success.
The sexual revolution, liberation theology, and many other heinous things, were born in some office in Moscow and exported through their leftist front groups.
