I think the more common one is that he:
"is not paying /has not paid his taxes",

followed by:
he disagrees with "what the government has claimed as law/the law", generally in that order.

Well he’s not, but that’s not the point. The govt has been squeezing ranchers in a catch-22, while at the same time not holding up their end of the contract. The Mafia themselves couldn’t have done it better.

The problem is the media and friends only talk about the lack of payment, not the breach of contract that resulted in the lack of payment, no different than if your mechanic charges you for work he hasn’t done. The problem is the govt sends an army to make you pay.
