That's exactly right....still with these inexperienced ding-a lings, who obviously truly have no clue of how to engage in International Dialog etc., have cost peoples lives and a host of other ‘lost opportunities’ because they don't know the game nor the players.
I read an article about how their “hands have to be held”, even today, and the time it takes just to communicate. In two Supreme Court Hearings they botched it and were basically a laughing stock to the more “seasoned” observers of their antics.
When people say “We are sooo Done”.....they say so with very good reasons. Amateurs at the helm still today.
Slow learners or putting us in a jam on purpose?
